Ask-Chat.ai subscription pricing is shown at checkout before any payment: the amount due today, the renewal price, and the renewal interval. Trials state the trial price, the trial length, and the price after the trial. By completing checkout you authorize those charges, as described in our Subscription Terms.
If the charges still came as a surprise, here is what to do:
- Stop future charges now by canceling on the cancellation page. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Email support@ask-chat.ai with your account email and the charge details.
- Our team will review your billing history and explain every charge — and if something is wrong, we will fix it.
