Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases, subscriptions, trials, credits, usage-based plans, and other paid features for the Ask-Chat.ai Service.

The Service is provided by:

If paid plans are not currently available, this Refund Policy will apply when you purchase, start, activate, or otherwise use a paid plan or trial.

All purchases are final. Except for the technical-issue exception described in Section 2, terms expressly stated at checkout or in a promotional offer, or where a refund is required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once charged. This includes subscription fees, renewal charges, trial conversion charges, add-ons, credits, usage-based charges, and partially used billing periods.

If a verified technical issue on our side prevented meaningful use of the paid Service, we may issue a refund. Submit your request by contacting SUPPORT@ask-chat.ai within 30 days of the charge.

To request a refund, include the email address associated with your account, the purchase date, the amount paid, the reason for the request, and any relevant details.

We review every request individually. We may approve a refund if:

• You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented meaningful use of the paid Service; and
• The issue could not be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time; and
• The request is submitted within 30 days of the charge.

Refund requests based only on a change of mind, personal financial circumstances, accidental renewal after a cancellation deadline, non-use of the Service, or dissatisfaction that does not involve a verified technical issue may be declined unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Even if you are not sure your situation qualifies, you are welcome to contact SUPPORT@ask-chat.ai. We read and answer every request, and we will always tell you what we can and cannot do.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want the subscription to renew. Deleting your Ask-Chat.ai account cancels the subscription and stops future renewal charges, but does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged. Deleting the app, closing a browser tab, not using the Service, or unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a subscription.

If a trial converts into a paid subscription because you did not cancel before the trial ended, the charge is non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in the trial terms.

If you cancelled before the trial ended but were still charged due to an error on our side, contact SUPPORT@ask-chat.ai; once the cancellation is verified, we will refund that charge.

Credits, token packages, usage-based charges, add-ons, and similar paid features are generally non-refundable once purchased or consumed, unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.

We may refuse refunds where we identify fraud, abuse, policy violations, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund requests.

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact SUPPORT@ask-chat.ai so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. A chargeback is not a substitute for cancelling your subscription; to stop future renewal charges you must cancel as described in the Subscription Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence, including any cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that cannot be waived.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was most recently revised. Continued use of paid features after changes become effective means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
