Ask-Chat.ai is built for real people having real conversations. Ask as many questions as you like, switch models freely, and use PRO the way it was designed: as your personal AI assistant. To keep the service fast and reliable for every subscriber, we watch for usage patterns that degrade the experience for everyone else.
The following fall outside fair use:
- Automated or programmatic use — bots, scripts, scraping, or bulk extraction of responses.
- Account sharing — one subscription is for one person; sharing login credentials is not permitted.
- Reselling access, or using your account to power a third-party product or service.
- Anything that otherwise violates our Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I hit a limit?
PRO includes a generous daily fair-use allowance, and the vast majority of users never reach it. If you do, you will see a notice in the app, and the allowance resets automatically at midnight UTC — there is nothing you need to do, and your access continues the next day.
Paid PRO subscribers who reach the daily limit can also upgrade to the Super Power Plan, which raises the daily limits to 10x across chat and image generation.
