AI Acceptable Use and Content Safety Policy

This AI Acceptable Use and Content Safety Policy explains the content and abuse rules for using Ask-Chat.ai AI chat, content generation, image generation, file analysis, web search, and related features. It applies in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Subscription Terms, and Refund Policy.

Ask-Chat.ai is a general-purpose AI productivity service. It is not an adult-content service, dating service, marketplace, payment-facilitator platform, public file-sharing service, cyberlocker, live-streaming service, or service for illegal goods or services.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, instructions, generated outputs, and use of the Service. You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for content you submit and for any output you use or distribute.

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, distribute, facilitate, or attempt to generate:

• Illegal content, criminal activity, fraud, scams, bribery, corruption, or instructions to evade law enforcement or platform safeguards.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, abuse, or any sexualized content involving minors or apparent minors.
• Adult, nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually oriented, or obscene digital content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized deepfakes, unauthorized face swaps, or content using a person's likeness without required rights or consent.
• Hate, harassment, threats, violent extremism, terrorism, incitement, graphic violence, or targeted abuse.
• Self-harm encouragement, dangerous instructions, malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, or platform abuse.
• Copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, contractual, or other third-party rights violations.
• Private personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, health information, payment information, or other sensitive information you are not authorized to share.
• Attempts to bypass provider safeguards, moderation, rate limits, account controls, payment controls, or other safety systems.

Ask-Chat.ai provides text-based AI productivity features and image generation. Image generation is limited to authenticated users and to approved third-party model providers made available through the Service. The current image-generation implementation routes requests through backend systems and established model providers such as Google or OpenAI through OpenRouter.

Provider-level safety systems may apply to AI generation requests. Ask-Chat.ai also uses merchant-level controls such as authentication, usage limits, prompt and model validation, safe generation metadata logs, human review of reports and rights complaints, and account limitation or termination for abuse.

The Service does not offer video generation. The supported generative features are text and image generation only.

Charlie and Co LLC may review prompts, usage patterns, abuse signals, support reports, rights-holder complaints, processor notices, chargebacks, and other relevant information on a risk-based or offline basis to detect and prevent abuse.

If we believe your use violates this policy, the Terms, applicable law, payment-processor rules, or third-party rights, we may take action including warning, limiting usage, revoking paid-feature access, disabling content where applicable, suspending or terminating accounts, blocking repeat abuse, preserving relevant logs, responding to chargebacks, or notifying payment processors, affected users, rights holders, regulators, or law enforcement where required or appropriate.

If you believe content generated through or made available by the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, or other rights, contact SUPPORT@ask-chat.ai with your contact information, identification of the material, proof of rights or authority, and a statement that the information you provided is accurate.

Users and third parties may also use this contact to report illegal content, abuse, policy violations, or suspected misuse of the Service.

We may request additional information, disable access to the content where applicable, limit or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records as needed to investigate and respond.
