Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid subscriptions, trials, paid plans, usage-based plans, credits, and other paid features for the Ask-Chat.ai Service. They apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

If paid plans are not currently available, these Subscription Terms will apply when you purchase, start, activate, or otherwise use a paid plan or trial.

We may offer paid subscriptions, trials, usage-based features, credits, add-ons, or other paid plans. The plan details shown at checkout or in your account will identify the applicable price, billing period, features, usage limits, renewal rules, trial period, taxes, and cancellation terms.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length until cancelled.

Super Power Plan. The Super Power Plan is a monthly subscription priced at US$129.90 per month (billed monthly), or the localized equivalent presented at purchase, available as an upgrade to active PRO subscribers from within the product. When you upgrade, your current PRO plan is replaced immediately and you are charged the difference between the Super Power monthly price and your current plan's price: the amount paid for your current billing period is credited toward the first Super Power month. Your first monthly renewal falls one month after the upgrade, and the plan then renews monthly until cancelled. Where localized pricing applies, the upgrade is charged as the equivalent difference in your subscription's currency. A plan change from the Super Power Plan back to a PRO plan takes effect at your next billing date; you keep the Super Power Plan until then. The Refund Policy applies to Super Power Plan charges unchanged: purchases are final, and no refunds or credits are provided for partially used billing periods.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Charlie and Co LLC and our payment processor to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each renewal period for the applicable fees and taxes.

You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We may offer free or discounted trials. Trial availability, duration, eligibility, and features may vary and may be limited to new users or specific plans.

If a trial requires payment details, the trial may convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires. The checkout flow or account settings will describe the applicable trial terms.

Usage during a free or discounted trial may be subject to lower or more restrictive usage limits than a paid subscription. We may set, vary, or remove trial usage limits at any time.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and authorize the payment processor to charge all fees and taxes due. If payment fails, we may retry the charge, request updated billing details, suspend access to paid features, downgrade your account, or terminate the subscription.

Payment card details and other payment credentials are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

We may change prices, plan features, usage limits, or billing terms. Where required, we will provide notice before changes take effect. If you do not agree to a change, you must cancel before the change applies. Continued use of the paid plan after the effective date means you accept the change.

You may cancel a subscription through your account settings where available or by contacting SUPPORT@ask-chat.ai. If account settings include cancellation controls, use the cancellation option shown there. You may also contact support and include the email address associated with your account.

Deleting your Ask-Chat.ai account cancels any active subscription on the account and stops future renewal charges. Deleting the app, closing a browser tab, not using the Service, or unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a paid subscription.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. All purchases are final: except for the verified technical-issue exception described in the Refund Policy, terms expressly stated at checkout, or where applicable law provides otherwise, fees are non-refundable and no credits are provided for partially used billing periods. If you believe something went wrong with a charge, contact SUPPORT@ask-chat.ai — we review every request.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated. After the paid period ends, your account may be downgraded to a free plan, limited plan, or inactive status.

If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features.

Fees may be exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges, except taxes based on our income.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence, including any cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were most recently revised. Continued use of a paid plan after changes become effective means you accept the updated Subscription Terms.
