If you see a charge from Ask-Chat.ai that you don't recognize, we want to resolve it quickly — please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank, and we will investigate right away.
Common reasons a charge looks unfamiliar:
- A trial converted to a paid subscription. Trials convert automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled first — this is shown at checkout.
- Someone with access to your card (a family member or colleague) signed up.
- The charge is a scheduled renewal of an existing subscription.
Email support@ask-chat.ai with the charge amount, the charge date, and the last four digits of the card. We can locate the account, stop further billing immediately, and review the charge itself.
To make sure nothing renews while we investigate, you can also cancel directly on the cancellation page.
