Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Card payments: typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Wallet payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay): follow the timeline of the underlying card.
The refund may appear as a reversal of the original charge rather than as a separate credit entry, so check the original transaction on your statement.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and nothing has arrived, email support@ask-chat.ai with your refund confirmation and we will trace it with the payment provider.
