You can cancel your Ask-Chat.ai subscription at any time, no questions asked.
- Sign in with the email address you used for your subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation option.
- You will see an on-screen confirmation, and the change is reflected under My profile → Subscription.
You can also start cancellation from inside the app: open your profile menu, choose My profile, and click Cancel subscription under the Subscription section.
When you cancel, your PRO access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that date your account moves to the free plan — no further charges.
Please note: deleting the app, closing the browser tab, not using the Service, or unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a subscription.
