Signing in is passwordless: enter your email address and we send you a secure sign-in link — no password needed. Google sign-in is also available if you prefer.
In the Ask-Chat iOS app, sign-in uses a 6-digit code instead of a link: enter your email, then type the code from the email into the app.
If the email hasn't arrived:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Make sure you entered the same email address you originally signed up with.
- Wait a minute and request a new link — delivery is occasionally delayed.
- Sign-in links expire after 5 minutes, so always use the most recent one you received.
